POSITION REQUIREMENTS

COMMUNICATION: Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand the spoken word to respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and guests. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.

EQUIPMENT: Any necessary equipment to complete duties.

MINIMUM AGE: 18 years of age.

LICENSE: Driver's License and EPA License Required.

REASON ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form or when helping resolve a team member or guest concern.

This job requires candidate to travel in company furnished vehicle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with accuracy and maintain a high level of productivity.   • Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
  • Promote a high level of morale within department and store, utilizing friendly professional methods of honest and open communication.
  • Maintain good working relationships with other department managers with the objective of improving sales storewide.
  • Comply with all company policies, programs and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct.
  • Provide professional examples for other store team members to follow.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC/R equipment· Perform major and minor preventive maintenance· Ensure available resources for HVAC/R maintenance and repair by managing refrigerant levels and parts inventory; tracking and ordering HVACV/R parts; and developing relationships with suppliers and contractors.·

Previous experience in commercial HVAC/Refrigeration maintenance· Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling.· Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
