HVAC/Maintenance Technician

Are you an HVAC technician looking to grow your career in the multifamily housing industry? We’re seeking a skilled, customer-focused HVAC/Maintenance Technician who embodies our motto, “A Friendly Home.”

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to resident HVAC or maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency


• Perform HVAC troubleshooting and repair and preventive maintenance; light carpentry, appliance installations, and general repairs as needed


• Build positive relationships with residents, co-workers, and vendors

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong HVAC skills, customer service and communication skills


• Self-motivated with excellent time management


• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance


• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, maintenance or trades (plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, etc.)

Required:

• EPA

Preferred (but not required):

• CPO and OSHA certifications


• Appliance repair experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional weekends, overtime, or on-call may be required based on property needs)
