HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager job in San Francisco Bay Area

This is a permanent, full-time job offering a great salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Take-over pre-existing projects that our estimating and preconstruction teams have been awarded


• Ensure project is completed safely, on-time, and under budget


• Communicate with General Contractor, Owner, Subcontractors and Vendors


• Submit change-orders and RFI’s


• Track construction schedules and budget

Requirements:

• 4+ years working as a Project Manager for a large, commercial HVAC and Plumbing Construction company


• Local


• Stable work-history

Preferred:

• Prior apprentice/journeyman field knowledge


• Strong technical background working with MS Project, Quickpen/Accubid, MS Excel, and BlueBeam


• Large project experience 10 million+


• Familiar with Title 24 and OSHPD requirements
