Job Description - HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager

HVAC/Plumbing Senior Project Manager position in Austin, TX

Responsibilities:

Manage one or multiple large commercial mechanical projects

Manage schedule, budget, sub-contractors, change-orders

Ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget

Requirements:

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management

8+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Project Management experience

Experience managing large, commercial projects

Knowledge of Quickpen, MS Project, Excel, BlueBeam among other applications preferred

Local and stable work-history preferred
