HVACR Parts and Service Coordinator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling moving parts? DOC Services is seeking an HVAC-R Parts Coordinator to support our growing HVAC/R team. Position Summary:

 As our HVAC-R Parts Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for managing local and online HVAC/R parts orders. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our service technicians and ensuring they have what they need to get the job done, fast and efficiently. 

Essential Functions:

• Managing HVAC-R inventory and communicating with parts vendors
• Sourcing parts locally to help close out service calls quickly
• Assigning parts numbers for new or unfamiliar parts when needed
• Building strong relationships with vendors, technicians, and internal teams
• Handling warranty part returns and ensuring proper credit is received
• Monitoring vendor delivery times, pricing, and quality, and keeping the team in the loop

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Familiarity with FedEx/UPS shipping systems is a plus
• Experience working with vendors and/or in parts coordination preferred
