HVACR Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems in residential settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVACR equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVACR systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to service calls and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used on service calls.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVACR preferred.
• Valid HVACR Journeyman or Masters license and certifications as required by local regulations.
• Strong understanding of HVACR systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
