8:30a CST Start Time

***This is a HYBRID role after onsite training is completed in Dallas, TX 75241 so you must be able to commute***

Job Description:

• Supporting end-to-end order flow process for customers and internal business partners.
• Interacts with business accounts and multiple levels within the organization and must exhibit resolution-focused solutions to opportunities and challenges while meeting or exceeding department and organizational KPI’s.
• Inbound and outbound calls.
• Data entry.
• Processing and shipping of electronic and manual orders

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in Call Center Customer Service
• Logistics experience a plus
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required
• Proficient skills in MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to commute to Dallas, TX
