We're hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead with purpose, support a talented team of RBTs, and provide top-quality ABA services to the children who count on us most. What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
- Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on guidance.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
- Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient.
- Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.

Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Pediatric or school / clinic ABA experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills
