HYBRID Food Service Sales Manager
Location: outside of Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + up to 20% Bonus + Profit Sharing

Typical Hours: Monday- Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Flexible

HYBRID Food Service Sales Manager Description
Our client in the food distribution industry is looking for a Food Service Sales Manager to add to their team outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for managing a small team of six sales development representatives within their designated territories. You will spearhead the development of innovative sales strategies to propel company sales and foster new business growth. To achieve these goals, you will ensure effective and measurable KPIs are in place to allow your team to reach its potential. To be successful, you should have a track record of motivating and leading sales teams in a metric-based environment, offering hands-on support and guidance needed to reach their potential. HYBRID Food Service Sales Manager Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a sales team of six
• Develop and ensure sales team targets, KPIs, and action plans
• Establish and benchmark sales funnel targets
• Lead weekly sales meetings
• Conduct sales forecasting
• Participate in company leadership meetings
• Participate in ride-a-longs with sales team
• Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies
• Manage important account relationships
HYBRID Food Service Sales Manager Qualifications
• 4+ years of food service/distribution sales experience required
• Experience selling into private restaurants required
• Experience setting KPIs, sales goals, and strategies required
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% locally (only)
