As a Hybrid HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations across various states, managing the expansion of our company into new regions, and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Your responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state-specific employment laws, registering the company in new states as needed, managing employee benefits elections, processing payroll, developing and reviewing and updating documents, policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Working Conditions: This is a hybrid position, requiring both remote and in-person engagement as needed (1 day a week in office with possibility of increasing to 2-3 days in the future). A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work are necessary.
