Job Description - Hybrid IT Applications Support Manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Technical
Bachelors degree in computer science (Must), information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role, with 5 years of experience in application support and a proven track record of success, specifically in project management and supporting business applications, such as ERP systems, data warehouse, and CRM
In-depth knowledge of IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL)
Experience with ticketing systems, knowledge base, and configuration management tools
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., Robotic Process Automation) to enhance support for AI and ERP systems
Knowledge of accounting and financial principles and experience with Dynamics, InEight, Coupa, Salesforce, and financial planning tools are highly preferred
Certifications in Project Management and ITIL are highly desired
Salary Range - $110,000 to $125,000 + 15% annual bonus based on performance - Flexible for the right candidate
Schedule: Very Flexible - Usually 1 day a week onsite
