The Scheduling Coordinator must be ready to work in our fast-paced office environment while also having the ability to work in multiple systems efficiently. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating the scheduling needs of the Quality Department for Leading MDs Patients to close HEDIS measures. The Scheduler is an allied health professional who, under the direction of the Quality Manager, performs various administrative duties to achieve targeted goals. This includes providing support for HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory/contractual requirements, including outreach to members.
