Come join a winning team in Tampa! We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Cylinder Engineer/Specialist We are a Full service Hydraulic and Mechanical Repair company. We specialize in Hydraulic repair and manufacturing.  We service some of the largest Ships, Amusement Parks, Mining operations and manufacturing companies in the world.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and Specify Hydraulic Cylinders per customer specifications
• Reverse Engineer Cylinders received for Overhaul/Manufacturing
• Specify and Identify Seals and Materials as required for the Overhaul, Design and Manufacturing Process
• Expertly measure and determine individual seals required for each Hydraulic Cylinder
• Complete and Submit evaluations for each Cylinder
• Submit BOM's, Evaluations, and Quotes for each Cylinder for Overhaul, Design or Manufacturing
• Utilize CAD, Fusion 360 and other technologies to assist and facilitate the Manufacturing, Design and Overhaul of Cylinders

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Hydraulics for Marine and Industrial applications
• Highly experienced with all aspects of Hydraulic Cylinder Design, Repair and Manufacturing.
• Certifications with the Fluid Power Society (Pay incentives offered)
• Read and expertly understand Hydraulic Schematics
