Hours Monday - Thursday, 6 am to 230 pm; Friday 6 am to noon

Essential Functions Statements

• 
  Knowledge and hands-on operation of metal fabrication, especially forming with hydraulic presses and welding equipment


• 
  Setup of hydraulic presses and dies to produce specific Graepel parts.


• 
  Provide maintenance and minor repairs on tools, dies, and machines.


• 
  Setup tool and dies and other production necessities to produce "0 defect" parts.


• 
  Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management


• 
  Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:     

• High School Degree or equivalent and/or related experience required.

Experience:    

• 
  Ability to use Direct read measuring devices required.


• 
  Previous experience in manufacturing; metal fabrication preferred.


• 
  Knowledge in the operation of hydraulic forming presses preferred.


• 
  Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.


• 
  Ability to read blue prints and understand functionality of parts and their components.


• 
  Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.
