Hydraulic Service Technician

What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on hydraulic machinery

• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in person

• Handle on-site installations, testing, and machine upgrades

• Collaborate with the in-house technical team for efficient service delivery
• Travel up to 20% per year for service calls and technical support across North America and Canada

Schedule:

• Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Post-Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service or Mechanical Technician

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and equipment

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (20%)

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
