Location: Acton, MA (On-site) Schedule: Mon Fri, 8AM5PM (Training: 12PM8PM) Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Travel: ~20% across North America & Canada

Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for hydraulic systems and customer service? Our client, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic hose and tubing processing equipment, is seeking a Hydraulic Service Technician to join their team in Acton, MA.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and on-site visits
• Manage installations, testing, and service tasks in collaboration with the technical team
• Travel to customer sites across North America and Canada (approx. 20% annually)

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in hydraulic or mechanical service
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable with travel and hands-on technical work
• All education levels welcome

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $61,000$80,000/year
