Your Job Duties
As a Hygiene Assistant, you’ll be the supporting hero who makes every hygiene appointment feel smooth, seamless, and stress-free for both patients and Hygienists. You’ll set the stage, support clinical care, and keep our operations flowing like a finely tuned orchestra. Your Impact Will Include:

• Preparing hygiene rooms and ensuring all tools and PPE are ready to go
• Assisting hygienists chairside with suctioning, passing instruments, and more
• Managing sterilization, cleanliness, and supply inventory
• Supporting radiographs, lab case tracking, and whitening tray coordination
• Documenting in Carestack and helping with reappointments and scheduling
• Escalating equipment issues and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA & HIPAA
• Creating a calm, welcoming environment that puts patients at ease

• A proactive, reliable support system
• A detail-loving multitasker who finds joy in being prepared
• A warm, calming presence for patients and teammates
• A fast learner who’s open to coaching and growth
• Passionate about people and purpose-driven care

Experience Preferred (But Not Required)

• Dental Assistant experience or certification
• Radiograph certification and CPR training
• Familiarity with Carestack or other PMS systems
• A hunger to learn, grow, and contribute to something bigger

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-office position with the following schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Enjoy long weekends every week and consistent hours that support a healthy work-life balance.
