Hyundai Automotive Service Advisor

Burns Hyundai is looking for an active, engaged and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

We have a large, established customer base throughout Mount Laurel and South Jersey - and significant opportunity to continue growing our service business.

We are looking for someone who will take ownership of that opportunity: answer the phone, return calls, keep customers informed, identify legitimate service needs and confidently ask for the business.

Our goal is to continue building Burns Hyundai as the destination dealership for exceptional customer service, outstanding value and a great ownership experience.

Previous dealership, automotive service center or repair facility experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

We are also open to exceptional candidates from other fast-paced, customer-facing sales or service environments.

If you know how to build trust, communicate well, stay organized and ask for the business, we are willing to teach the automotive side.
