IAM Metrics Specialist

Our client, an enterprise financial services organization, is looking to hire an IAM (Identity Access Management) Metrics Specialist, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and cyber security. In this role, you will be analyzing IAM metrics, managing data and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze and report on IAM metrics to monitor and improve IAM processes.
Identify trends and insights from data to inform decision making and strategic planning.
Ensure IAM processes and metrics align with regulatory compliance requirements related to cyber security.
Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and adjust metrics and processes accordingly.
Use data analytics tools to gather and analyse IAM data.
Develop dashboards and reports to present metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage IAM projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet established goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement project plans and track progress.
Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes based on metric analysis and feedback.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance IAM operations.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all IAM activities and metrics.
Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of IAM objectives.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and practices
Proven experience working in a financial institution, banking environment or related field
Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques
Experience writing and updating SOPs
Ability to manage projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CSX
