Pay: $20–$22/hr (Based on Experience)

We’re hiring an I&E Helper to assist with electrical and instrumentation installations, maintenance, and repairs on industrial and oilfield job sites in the New Iberia area. If you’re mechanically inclined, safety-driven, and eager to learn the trade, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Journeyman I&E Technicians with daily tasks
   
• Pull wire, run conduit, and mount junction boxes
   
• Help install and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems
   
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
   
• Follow all safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
   
• Perform other duties as directed by crew leads or supervisors
   

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a helper or laborer in an industrial/oilfield setting preferred
   
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
   
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
   
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
   
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
   
• Must pass a drug screen and safety orientation
