IBHS Clinical Supervisor

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical leader in this Supervisory position. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision, oversee and grow the IBHS program, schedule and assign cases to Behavior Consultants/Mobile Therapists, and attend community meetings.

• Location: 390 Waterloo Blvd #120, Exton, PA 19341
• Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 40 hours per week
• The annual salary range is $58,000.00 - 62,000.00, contingent upon experience and qualifications

Education Requirements: Requires one the the following:

• PA Licensed: Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification.
• PA Licensed: LBS AND have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum form a college or university.
• PA Licensed: LSW AND have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum form a college or university.
• PA Licensed: LPC with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS (or BHRS) AND have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum form a college or university.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

Credentials:

• PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
• PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
• PA Department of Human Services: Use service code 1KG738
• Educational Documentation: Official Transcript from master's degree
• PA License: LBS, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT
