Job Description - Ice Cream Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! We are looking for someone who can oversee the shop help the brand grow through your creativity and ideas!



Responsibilities:



  • Track and organize store inventory

  • Supervise team of retail sales workers

  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

  • Train and evaluate employees

  • Occasional purchases of product

  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

  • Assist owner with new creative ideas to implement

  • Resolve escalated customer complaints


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

  • Previous experience in social media content creating or graphic designing is a plus

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Strong leadership qualities




Compensation: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
