How your day-to-day in this role will look: 

Specialist training for the product/service
You will:

• Assist with customers' inquiries
• Guide customers on their questions for the best use of the product/service
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case you review

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Icelandic, B2 in English

• Relocation Package:

1. Meeting at the airport
2. Air tickets
3. Up to 21 days in a hotel/apartment
