Job Description - ICF Manager

St. Joseph’s Center is seeking a ICF Manager to support our ICF/ID program. This role is ideal for an organized, compassionate professional who is passionate about supporting teams and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


As the ICF Manager, you will partner closely with program leadership to oversee daily staffing and scheduling for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Unit Managers, while promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence in care.

What You’ll Do:



  • Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, and payroll for DSPs and Unit Managers

  • Support, coach, and collaborate with Unit Managers and direct care staff

  • Interview, hire, onboard, and assist with training of new team members

  • Work closely with Program Leadership and Human Resources to address staffing needs

  • Support compliance with state and federal regulations, active treatment, and incident reporting

  • Participate in meetings, committees, and emergency preparedness planning

  • Maintain flexibility to meet staffing needs, including occasional after-hours support

What’s Required of You:



  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Supervisory experience (5 years preferred)

  • Knowledge of behavioral programs and active treatment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems

  • High School Diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)

  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
