General Responsibilities

1. Mineral and Isotope Analysis: Perform routine and specialized mineral and isotope analyses to support Mintrex and Relyzant product lines. Conduct comprehensive isotope analysis of animal tissues required to complete full mass balance studies. Ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and traceability of analytical data in accordance to internal quality standards.
2. NIR Trypsin Inhibitor Analysis: Perform physical analysis of SBM samples to support the technical teams with the DP100 messaging. Assist in the TI SBM annual model updating.
3. Customer and Commercial Analytical Support: perform customer formulation and homogeneity testing as part of the minerals platform analytical services. Support technical sales efforts by providing reliable analytical data for customer-specific needs and product optimization.

Experience/Requirements

Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
. Experience with ICP mineral analysis, isotope analysis, or related laboratory techniques.
. Experience or training in NIR analysis and model development is preferred, or a willingness to be trained.
. Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and analytical rigor.
. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a dynamic research environment.
