Job Description - ICT Medewerker

For one of our clients we are looking for an ICT Officer. As an ICT Officer, you will maintain, install, and repair office machines, solve technical and IT -related issues, and provide support both on -site and in the office. You will ensure that systems and equipment are functioning properly and assist users with resolving technical problems efficiently. In this role, you play an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly and providing reliable technical support whenever needed.

Requirements

MBO level education in ICT (NATIN or equivalent)
Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP
Strong technical insight and understanding of ICT systems
Proactive and solution -oriented attitude
Able to work well under pressure
Good communication skills in Dutch and English

What will you be doing

As an ICT Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing office machines and ensuring that all ICT systems are functioning properly. You will troubleshoot and resolve a variety of (electro) technical and IT -related issues, both within the office and at client locations when on -site support is required. In this role, you will assist users with technical problems, provide reliable solutions, and help ensure smooth daily operations. You play an important part in keeping systems running efficiently and supporting the organization with consistent and effective technical support.
