Job Description - ICT Support

IT & automation are our ticket to the future. We are ahead of the curve with our Microsoft Office 365 platform & sophisticated systems and we want to optimize the usage of these systems. EuroDev houses 75 employees with 25+ nationalities in an open, fun and ambitious working environment.
We have offices in the Netherlands & Serbia. We offer sales, marketing, HR and financial services to our
North American clients to help them become successful in Europe. Our focus is on international business,
personal development and growing together.

YOUR ROLE:

Day to day support for colleagues and clients to grant access to systems and applications
Manage hardware setup and support for our Belgrade office
Support with onboarding & offboarding for employees & clients
Generate reports about usage of systems and communicate to organization

WE ASK:
30 hours per week (5 days x 6 hours)
ICT Bachelor student or recently graduated
Minimum of 1 year work experience or relevant internship
Fluent in English
Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Dynamics is a plus
You enjoy challenges
