Work Schedule:	7 on / 7 off 8p-8a 8/10, 8/23 - 8/28
Patient Volume:	Sault Ste Marie, MI 49 licensed beds; 6 ICU beds Average daily census is around 10 2-4 admits per day On-call supervisin physician; available within 20 minutes
Procedures:	Sault Night ICU Capable APP Hospital Med Sault Ste Marie utilizes an open ICU model, and this APP will need to manage ICU patients ndirect Laryngoscopy Intubation Insertion and Management of Central Venous Catheters Insertion and Management of Arterial Catheters Moderate Sedation Lumbar Puncture Endotracheal Intubation and Extubation Ventilator Management Including Readiness for And Administering Respirator Weaning/Oxygen Therapy and Extubation. Assessing Need for Intubation Insertion of Arterial Lines, Central Venous Lines Either Percutaneously or By Cut Down Chest Tube Insertion Tracheostomy care including tube change Arterial Line Insertion and Removal (Radial and Femoral) CVC Line Placement External Pacing Including Adjusting Temporary Epicardial, Transvenous Or Transcutaneous Pacemaker as necessary management of Tension Pneumothorax in Emergent Situation
EMR:	EPIC/Dragon
License Needed:	Must have MI license or they will consider IMLC
Certifications Needed:	ACLS, BLS
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:	o Case Logs: 50 cases in 12 months
Interview Schedule/Preferences:	1 interview process - phone or video call
Other additional pertinent information:	o Will not consider new grads
