Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Day Shift
Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour day shift
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced ICU RN with charge nurse experience for their day shift. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative unit that requires adaptability and critical thinking. Candidates must be prepared to float to other departments within scope and respond to evolving facility needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ICU-level patient care
• Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed
• Respond to unit needs across day/night, weekends, and holidays
• Float within clinical scope (task-oriented or full patient load)

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent ICU RN experience
• Charge Nurse experience required
• Active RN license (must be current at submission)
• Certifications:
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• Conscious Sedation (can be obtained onsite for $187.50 fee)
• Flexibility with shift schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

Additional Details:

• EMR: RPMS
• Orientation is held Mondays only
• Must not exceed 2 shift call-offs during the contract
• The facility will not accept 1099
• No mileage reimbursement or bonuses listed
