ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position

Location: Methuen, MA

Job Type: Travel Contract

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 3x12s Nights, Flexible

Pay: $2715/week

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. The ICU RN will monitor patient status, administer medications, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and dedicated to patient safety.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess critically ill patients, documenting vital signs and changes in condition.

Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support treatments as prescribed.

Operate and monitor ventilators, infusion pumps, and other ICU equipment.

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members in patient care.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with ICU protocols.

 

Qualifications:

Active RN license in MA 

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

BLS/CPR certification, COVID vaccine, TB test

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification (Preferred)

Minimum 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience
