ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Sanford, FL

• Full-Time | Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
• Pay: $33.77 – $49.06/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $20,000 (Nights – Urgent Need)
• Shift Differentials: +$4.50/hr (Nights), +$1.50/hr (Weekends)
• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

Overview

Join a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit where you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients. This 16-bed unit offers 1:1–1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios, supported by advanced monitoring and a collaborative clinical team. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to critically ill patients requiring complex interventions.

• Continuously monitor vital signs and intervene promptly in life-threatening situations.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery.

• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and recovery processes.

• Uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all aspects of care.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active RN license (Florida or Compact)

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care hospital

• ADN or Nursing Diploma

Preferred:

• BSN degree

• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of hire

• BLS within 30 days; ACLS and PALS within 6 months
