Role Snapshot:

• Location: Fort Walton Beach, Florida

• Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

• Salary: $36.00$48.00/hour (based on experience)

• Type: Permanent, W2

• Bonuses: Relocation & Sign-On (case-by-case)

What Youll Do:

• Deliver life-saving care to critically ill patients in an acute ICU setting

• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, titrate IV drips

• Act quickly in emergencies and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

• Uphold hospital standards for patient safety, documentation, and outcomes

What Youll Bring:

• Active RN license in Florida (or compact-eligible)

• 12+ years of recent ICU or critical care experience

• BLS and ACLS required

• Confidence, compassion, and composure under pressure
