Auxiant is a third party administrator of self-funded  employee benefit plans with offices in Cedar Rapids, IA, Madison and  Milwaukee, WI. Job Summary:
The ID Card Implementation Specialist is responsible for coordinating, designing, and managing the production and delivery of member ID cards for new and renewing health plans administered by the TPA. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant ID card deployment by collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the primary point of  contact for all ID card-related implementation activities.
  • Work closely with client services, eligibility, and print vendors to collect and verify necessary data.
  • Develop, review, and update ID card templates based on plan designs, client branding requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage ID card timelines to ensure cards are produced and delivered in accordance with client and regulatory deadlines.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on ID card proofs, ensuring accuracy in member data, plan benefits, disclaimers, and branding elements.
  • Maintain ID card production documentation, including specifications and approval forms.
  • Support clients and internal teams by providing guidance on ID card options, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot ID card errors, coordinating resolution with internal teams and vendors as needed.
  • Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to streamline ID card production and implementation activities.
  • Assist with other implementation or operational tasks as assigned.

Education/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using enrollment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working within a Third-Party Administrator.

Skills and Competencies:

· Strong attention to detail and quality control.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
