Responsibilities: 

·       Responsible for clerical support and assist staff and supervisors in providing optimal 
        workflow and productivity of the team
·       Point of central communication, scheduling and backfilling appointments, developing, and
        editing documents, maintaining data bases, processing paperwork, maintaining files, answering
        the telephone, and performing other general clerical duties
·       Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills
·       Must be punctual, organized, demonstrate the ability to multi-task, work independently and with teams

Qualifications: 
·       High School diploma or equivalent
