New Competitive Starting Rate of $47,500 -$50,000 annually. 

Please note, this is an hourly rate of $22.84 - $24.04 per hour and there may be opportunities for overtime!!

IDD Residential Program Specialist

Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities, is actively seeking energetic, team-oriented professionals to join our management team in our IDD Residential Services Division.

Responsibilities include supervision of direct support employees, coordination of residential programs and assisting supported individuals to achieve their outcomes.

Additional responsibilities include risk management, ensuring the health/safety/welfare of individuals we support and compliance with state mandated regulations.

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, flexible with on-call responsibilities.  These are great work hours with paid Holidays starting day one of employment!!

Comprehensive paid training provided.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates will possess at a minimum bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field, a minimum of two years managerial/supervisory experience, and a minimum of two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Valid PA Driver's License
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• Pre-employment Physical Exam
• Pre-employment TB (Mantoux) Test or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
• PA Criminal History Clearance
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
