Identity and Access Management Analyst

Position Summary: The Identity & Access Management Analyst is responsible for the full user access lifecycle (onboarding, provisioning, periodic auditing, de-provisioning and off-boarding). Due to the importance of this position, it is expected that a person supporting IAM has basic troubleshooting skills, can multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service. This role reports directly to the IT Security Manager, IAM.

Essential Functions:

Provision and de-provision account access requests for Pike employees and contractors

Analyze and resolve authentication, integration, and automation issues

Operational review and analysis of access requests to ensure compliance

Participate in role management development

Assist with the planning and execution of the IAM roadmap

Ensure readiness for internal and external audit, including action plan to promptly resolve issues identified and ensure standard operation procedures are created and followed

Provide input on integrating the identity management authentication and authorization framework into existing applications

Continuously seek to improve the time, cost and risk associated with the automation of user authentication

Troubleshoot AD issues

Maintain IAM process and workflow documentation

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of experience with IT, including supporting access management solutions such as privileged user management or user credential management.

1+ years of experience with supporting IAM, Help Desk or IT Operations.

1+ years of experience with IAM tools, such as Sailpoint or OKTA.

Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP management, configuration or design, SSO, Federated identity and/or 2FA.
