Talking to people who already need help with their taxes
Using a simple 3-step system to guide them to a solution
Closing deals that actually change lives

You’re coachable, reliable, and great at listening
You love the phone and don’t shy away from a little pressure
You bring empathy, energy, and a problem-solving mindset

15% commission + hourly pay + bonuses (daily, weekly, monthly!)
Average sales reps make $15K/month (yep, seriously)

Monday–Friday 8AM - 5PM (1 Saturday a month)
Inbound leads = zero cold calling
Game room with ping pong, pool, and foosball
Music throughout the office to keep the vibes high
