Be part of our growing team in Colombo, Sri Lanka! We are currently looking for an IFS Applications Support Coordinator.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating functional and system support activities within the IFS Applications / IFS Cloud environment.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for support incidents and service requests.

• Monitoring support tickets and ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed SLAs.

• Liaising between clients, functional consultants, and technical teams.

• Escalating complex issues to relevant teams and tracking them through to closure.

• Assisting with testing, validation, and deployment support when required.

• Maintaining accurate documentation, support logs, and knowledge base articles.

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the IFS support function.

Who you are:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.

•  You have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience working with IFS Applications.

• You possess working knowledge in a minimum of two IFS modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, CRM, Procurement, Maintenance, or HR).

• You have a strong functional understanding of ERP business processes.

• Cross-functional exposure within IFS Applications is required.

• Experience providing support to Australian clients will be a distinct advantage.

• You understand incident management processes and service desk operations.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• You are comfortable working in a client-facing environment with excellent communication skills in English.

• You can manage priorities effectively and work under SLAs.

• You are proactive, well-organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.

• Basic technical understanding (SQL, reporting tools, integrations) will be considered an added advantage.
