IFS Inventory Implementation Team Member

Packard Culligan is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support the successful implementation of our new inventory system across multiple locations. This role is critical to ensuring each site is fully prepared for go-live, with accurate inventory data, organized storage, and clear communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation & Readiness




• Ensure all locations are organized and properly labeled in advance of system go-live.


• Remove obsolete or outdated parts/products from inventory.


• Conduct pre-counts of inventory and truck stock to ensure data accuracy.




• System Implementation Support




• Collaborate with the Go Live Team to communicate and track changes related to WaterWizzard.


• Review and approve training materials to ensure they meet operational needs.


• Validate data integrity and assist with data cleanup as needed.




• Communication & Coordination




• Serve as a liaison between the implementation team and dealership staff.


• Provide timely updates and feedback to the Go Live Team.


• Ensure dealership personnel are informed and prepared for the transition.

Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory management, logistics, or operations preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.

Additional Information:

• Travel up to 75% will be required.


• Eight to twelve month, temporary or project-based role with potential for extension based on project needs.


• Training will be provided on the new inventory system and implementation procedures.
