The job duties are:
Assist with obtaining supplier quotations
Process Requisitions
Create Purchase Orders from final approved requisitions
Follow-up on payments for all orders, and liaise with suppliers re payment confirmations
Track & Report on all processed orders
Check and reconcile invoices against P.O.s for shipments
Assist with manual input of data for various reports (e.g. Operating Assets & Bids)
All other admin duties assigned by GPO or GPA
Excellent customer service and verbal & writing skills needed to communicate effectively with suppliers and resort personnel
The ideal candidate must:
Have attained Tertiary level Education
Have at least Two (2) years’ experience in the Hotel Industry with an emphasis in Purchasing
Excellent Time Management and Problem solving skills.
High level of computer literacy. Competence in the ADACO Eclipse inventory software would be an asset.
Positive work ethics and attitude.
Must be flexible
