Clarifi Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified and passionate Special Education Teacher to join a dedicated school team in Illinois for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students in core academic subjects including English, Science, or Social Studies.

As a Special Education Teacher, you will work closely with general education staff and support teams to ensure students with diverse learning needs receive the accommodations, instruction, and encouragement they need to thrive in an inclusive setting.

In this role, the Special Education Teacher will provide targeted instruction in core subjects such as English, Science, or Social Studies, guided by each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). The teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing effective, goal-oriented IEPs that address the unique learning needs of each student. Instructional methods and curriculum will be adapted to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Close collaboration with general education teachers, school administrators, and support personnel will be essential to ensure student success. The teacher will also maintain detailed records and regularly track student progress toward IEP goals. Active participation in IEP meetings and consistent communication with families will help support a cohesive educational experience for each learner.
