Job Description - Imagery Analyst - Mid Level (TS/SCI)

Support Real-Time Intelligence That Protects National Interests

As an Imagery Analyst specializing in time-dominant operations, you will be instrumental in delivering first-phase GEOINT products for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in St. Louis, MO, driving real-time decision-making and influencing mission outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply and expand your GEOINT tradecraft in support of mission-critical operations.

While operating in a high-tempo, 24/7 rotating shift environment, you will perform first-phase GEOINT analysis, monitor and task GEOINT collection sources, and deliver vital indications and warnings support. You will produce and disseminate time-sensitive GEOINT products and respond rapidly to requests for information in a time-dominant operational setting. With minimal oversight, you will conduct and lead complex GEOINT collection and analysis tasks while addressing urgent intelligence priorities. Collaboration is key as you work closely with government stakeholders and mission partners to ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of actionable intelligence. Alongside performing core imagery exploitation duties, you may also guide junior analysts, contribute to workflow development, and produce multimedia products tailored to operational needs.

* This is a shift-based position supporting 24/7 operations, typically consisting of 12-hour shifts that rotate every four weeks between weekdays and weekends*

Requirements:

Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo a CI Polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Or an Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Or at least 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
3+ years of imagery analysis experience
Proficiency in GEOINT tools and software (ArcGIS, RemoteView, ISpy, Orchestration Services, IEC, etc.) to streamline workflows and produce high-quality GEOINT products
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to meet client standards and produce GEOINT products of high quality while working rotating 24/7 shifts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired:

GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) – Fundamentals or higher
Deployment and/or watch floor experience is preferred, as this position supports a high-tempo, shift-based operational environment
Experience with Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) methodologies
Familiarity with GEOINT collection management systems and analytical databases.
Prior experience performing first-phase GEOINT work and understanding of collection capabilities and methods
