Imaging Assistant Job Summary

In this vital role, you will:

• Assist technologists in meeting ACR safety standards and patient care protocols.
• Help manage the flow of patient activities, reducing wait times and coordinating exam completion.
• Transport and assist patients with positioning for imaging procedures.
• Perform essential clerical duties and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Navigate online resources and follow established policies and procedures.

Imaging Assistant Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or office setting is preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
