Are you a Diagnostic Imaging leader interested in exploring current or future leadership opportunities across Northern California?

Sutter Health is expanding and we'd like to connect now with experienced Imaging Supervisors, Managers, and Directors who would like to learn about the exciting things happening at Sutter. While this posting may not reflect a specific, immediate vacancy, it allows you to be considered for a range of leadership opportunities across our growing network.

As we continue to expand imaging services across hospitals and outpatient sites, we are always looking to meet leaders who are passionate about advancing patient care, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.

About the Opportunities
Sutter Health’s Diagnostic Imaging programs span a diverse and growing footprint, including:

• Acute care hospitals, ambulatory centers, and specialty programs

• Single-site and multi-site leadership structures

• A wide range of modalities including MRI, CT, X-ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, and more

Our leaders play a critical role in:

• Driving patient access and experience

• Partnering with physicians and clinical leaders

• Leading operational performance and growth initiatives

• Developing and mentoring teams in both union and non-union environments

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in connecting with leaders who bring:

• Progressive leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director)

• Background in Diagnostic Imaging (modality experience flexible)

• Strength in operations, team development, and change management

• A data-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-through

• Ability to build strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders

Pay Range is $161,616.00 to $258,585.60 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
