Imaging Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Imaging Supervisor to lead our radiology team and ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with leadership skills in a supportive and innovative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee and mentor a team of radiologic technologists, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and ensure all imaging protocols meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians and administrative staff, to optimize patient care and department efficiency.
• Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs for the imaging team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues within the imaging department.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Certificate and/or Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT(R) certification, with additional certification in CT or mammography.
• Eligibility for radiologic technologist licensure in the State of Vermont.
• A minimum of five years of radiology experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
• ARRT certifications in CT, mammography, and radiography.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
• Familiarity with the Visage PACS system.
