Imaging Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Imaging Supervisor to lead our radiology team and ensure high-quality patient imaging services. If you are ARRT certified, have leadership experience, and are passionate about advancing imaging practices, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Imaging Department, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff performance.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and workflow in radiology and related modalities.
• Monitor equipment functionality, manage quality assurance protocols, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a collaborative, patient-focused environment across radiology services including CT, mammography, and general radiography.
• Act as a liaison between imaging staff, physicians, and administration.

Required Qualifications:

• Certificate and/or Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT(R) certification required, plus certification in either CT or Mammography.
• Eligible for licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Vermont.
• Minimum 5 years of radiology experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in a unionized healthcare setting.
• ARRT certifications in Radiography, CT, and Mammography.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.
