Imaging Technician

Imaging and Shipping PCs (40-50%): Prepare and configure PCs with the necessary software and settings. Perform quality checks to ensure all systems are properly imaged. Package and ship PCs to various locations as required. Maintain accurate records of all imaged and shipped PCs. Coordinate the delivery and setup of PCs with users. Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Ensure user satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in IT or related field preferred. Proven experience in imaging and configuring PCs. Strong understanding of computer hardware and software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
