IMM Machine Operator

Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members. Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels and job requirement. Participate in failure investigations when relevant. Required 3 years operating Injection Molding Machines Vocational or Trade Schooling is preferred Strong organizational and problem solving skills Ability to communicate with management and peers in a clear and professional manner. Efficient in basic computer skills: accessing and sending emails, completing online certifications and tests, etc. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that could arise and/or the ability to direct said issue or problem to the appropriate team.
