Immediate Hire: Entry Level Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach.

This is not a call center position—no cold calls, no scripts. You’ll have real conversations that inspire change and support communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofits at live events, fundraisers, and community programs
• Engage the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
• Share messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs
• Educate individuals on organizational goals, impact, and ways to get involved
• Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support
• Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
• Uphold our values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism

Who We’re Looking For

No prior customer service or outreach experience is required—paid training and mentorship provided. You’re a great fit if you:
