Job Description - Immediate Hire: In office Scheduler- Carmel

In this vital role, you will coordinate the scheduling of Home Health Aides (HHAs) to ensure seamless patient care. This is a fast-paced position for someone who balances meticulous organizational skills with a compassionate heart.


Key Responsibilities




  • Schedule Management: Manage and maintain daily caregiver schedules to ensure all shifts are filled.




  • Coordination: Manage coverage for call-offs, absences, and new patient assignments from the office.




  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers regarding schedules, changes, and expectations.




  • Documentation: Maintain accurate scheduling records and electronic documentation within our systems.




  • Collaboration: Work closely with the office staff to ensure operational efficiency.




  • Compliance: Support compliance with company policies and state regulations through meticulous record-keeping.




Qualifications




  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience in home care or a healthcare environment is a MUST.




  • Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.




  • Professionalism: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for heavy phone and email coordination.




  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with basic computer systems and scheduling software.




  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
